About – Shane Cragun

After spending 30 years in professional services, Shane has launched a startup LeadersCode.ai focused on redefining the leadership science and building customised, immersive leadership development sprints to create 10x influence and impact. A key feature will be “AI-Co-Pilot” technology.

Shane recently served as Senior Partner at Korn Ferry. He led the global Leadership 5.0 practice from the London, UK office. Earlier in his career, he was an executive at FranklinCovey managing the client delivery function, and initially cut his teeth at National Semiconductor in Silicon Valley out of grad school.

His expertise is in leadership, change, strategic pivots, org design, and strategy. He’s advised and trained executives and organisations in India, Europe, Asia, UAE, Australia, Africa, Mexico, Turkey and the U.S.
