Royce De la Cruz Jr. an HR Expert with Extensive Experience and a Passion for Positive Employee Experiences! Royce De la Cruz Jr. brings a wealth of HR expertise and a deep commitment to fostering positive employee experiences.

With over 12 years of experience in HR consultation, operations, and shared services, he has established himself as a leader in his field. Before his successful career, Royce served a mission in the Taiwan Taichung Mission, where he developed a strong foundation of cross-cultural understanding and dedication to positively impacting people’s lives.

As one of the five esteemed scholars of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Royce excelled academically, graduating Cum Laude in Journalism from the prestigious University of the Philippines Diliman.

His passion for communication and storytelling laid the foundation for his future endeavors. Throughout his career, Royce has been entrusted with significant responsibilities.

Notably, he represented the Philippine office of Coca-Cola in a global project that transitioned the company from SAP to Workday in Atlanta, Georgia. His exceptional contributions earned him the esteemed SPARC Employee of the Year award in 2018.

In addition, Royce headed a team of human capital management experts responsible for managing the hire-to-retire processes of employees in a global pharmaceutical giant across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China. Going above and beyond his role, he also spearheaded impactful employee engagement activities, elevating employee retention and experience while strengthening the company’s employer branding.

Royce is married to Karen, a member of the Board, and they have two beautiful children whom they are homeschooling.

Currently, Royce is studying at Ensign College, working towards a Certificate in Project Management, further expanding his skillset and knowledge.
