About – Rebecca Chir

Ms. Rebecca Chir graduated from BYU Law School with more than 20 years of professional experience in mobile/internet industries and digital content markets. She has proven ability to create and build innovative service models and plan and operate varied internet services.

She excels in managing and executing IP/copyright licensing and designing and integrating new media technology applications. In recent years, Ms. Chir has transformed into a consultant for entrepreneurship and carbon neutrality management.

Ms. Chir is the Director of the BYU Management Society in Taiwan and the Chinese Culture and Artistic Creativity Development Association Board Chairman. She promotes cultural creativity, shares corporate ethics standards, and establishes worldwide networks. 

Ms. Chir is an energetic entrepreneur and has been hired by European, American, and Japanese companies for many years. She realizes the importance of understanding and leveraging cross-cultures for business development and helps clients better integrate into different markets.
