About Kim Stephens
Kim Stephens is a seasoned leader in international education with over 25 years of expertise in global recruitment and enrollment strategy.
Currently serving as the Director of Admissions at Concordia International School Hanoi for the past decade, she previously held executive roles at Wasatch Academy, including Dean of Enrollment, where Kim recruited students from around the globe. Her track record includes increasing school enrollment by 67% and expanding student diversity to represent 40 countries.
A graduate of Keiser University (M.S. Ed.) and Brigham Young University (B.S.), Kim served on the Western Boarding Schools Association (WBSA) steering committee and an Admission Director Committee Member from 2007 until 2015.
She was recently honored to contribute as a guest speaker at the last East Asia Regional Council of Schools (EARCOS) Leadership Conference 2025.
Among many wonderful opportunities to serve, Kim currently serves as the Primary President and as a Ministering Sister in her branch in Hanoi.
Kim served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to Bangkok Thailand.
Her greatest accomplishment is that of a wife and mother to three children and a grandmother to five grandchildren with one on the way. She loves laughing, cooking, baking, and playing games when she is not traveling with her husband, Randy.
